Job description
Job duties:
Running service, opening and closing the restaurant. Managing the staff on duty. Overseeing and ensuring quality standards are being maintained at all times. Implementing cleaning procedures. Recruiting, training and supervising staff. Agreeing on and managing budgets. Overseeing general maintenance of the building and resolving any issues that arise. Ensuring compliance with licencing, hygiene and health and safety legislation. Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies. Handling customer enquiries and complaints. Taking reservations. Greeting and advising customers. Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licencing authorities and sales representatives.
Weekly working hours: 40
Skill, experience and qualifications required
- At least 5 years experience in hospitality
- At least 5 years in a Managerial role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
