Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £23,352 plus 5% bonus
Hours: 40 hours Monday-Friday typical shifts between 08:00-18:00

What does this role involve?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive calls from our customers. You will investigate queries and find the best solution.
Day to day, you will;
- help customers to ensure they remain on supply;
- provide support to vulnerable customers;
- manage customer accounts, updating and maintaining customer information on the system;
- liaise with internal departments to resolve any customer queries.
