Job description
Tavern Inn The Town is an independently run Pub/Restaurant in the centre of Weston Super Mare.
We are looking for experienced Bartenders with supervisory experience. Applicants should be able to confidently run busy shifts in a bar/restaurant, able to manage both FOH and kitchen staff. Applicants should have brilliant customer service skills and conflict management skills. You must be able to uphold all legal legislation with confidence.
Applicants must have a passion for hospitality, be confident and personable with customers and colleagues alike. Ideally, applicants should have experience with writing rotas to an hours budget as well as experience opening up and closing down licensed premises.
Salary can be discussed following a successful interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
Salary: £10.42-£13.00 per hour
