A person applying for this job must have the followings
- Minimum of 3 years experience Managing a Restaurant
- Staff training and building team up
- Agreeing and managing Budgets
- Planning Menus
- ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- promoting and marketing business.
- overseeing stock levels
- ordering necessary supplies
- producing staff rotas
- setting targets
- liaising with customers, suppliers and licensing authorities
- making improvements to the running of business and developing a restaurant
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
