Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Setting/location: Restaurant in Wembley
Salary: £27,000 (based on 39 hours per week), full-time
This is a very challenging and skilled roleto be representing the successful brand name and responsible as a leader of the restaurant who sets the course that creates the ethnic home experience for customers. Tasks include:
- Monitors and controls the opening, running, and closing activities on a daily routine
- Manage, monitor, and control all floor activities and arrangements for daily routine and special days
- Attend all customer complaints and provide solutions; documenting and deal with customer feedback; deal with social media platforms relating to customer queries
- Manages maintenance systems and follows equipment
- Performs the duties of management or the crew members when needed.
- Ensures that the financial system and activities are monitored including responsible to prepare all cash needed for banking, manage and monitor stock takes, prepare stock recordings and reviews, work on buying, and facilitate ordering
- Coordinate with kitchen and floor activities; manage and ensure quality is maintained in food and service
- Keeps Restaurant compliance upkeep and must abide by the rules; updates and maintain all compliance certification that is required in the business; monitors Health & Safety training completion for the entire crew
Required: A person with relevant skilled work experience of 5 or more years along with good overall knowledge of the industry, excellent communication, interpersonal, creativity & analytical skills; ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of an established team.
