We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in restaurant management. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations, including staff training and development, menu planning, inventory management, customer service, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet customer demands.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they are meeting company standards.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $41,600.00-$43,500.00 per year
