Kaspa's Desserts is excited to advertise for an experienced, exceptional leader to carry on the continued growth of 2 stores and a new exciting brand.

We looking for an exceptional, proven Manager who has hands-on experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Managerial experience is critical and we are looking for someone who can move the stores to the next level.

Kaspas Restaurant Manager

A Kaspas Restaurant Manager is passionate about food, desserts, and customer service. They are problem-solvers with a track record for managing high standards. They must understand that customer satisfaction takes priority and that an efficient restaurant operation makes it possible. An experienced leader is friendly, positive, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities/ Job Description

  • Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
  • Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Kaspas
  • Implement new company policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff
  • Provide direction to shift supervisors, and staff to achieve restaurant goals
  • Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide updates and reports of operations and staff to the owner/operator.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
  • Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals
  • Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
  • Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve them with extreme confidence and diplomacy.
  • Ability to maintain calm and keep staff motivated under pressure.
  • Follow the Kaspas Restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security
  • Manage staffing levels through weekly schedule preparation
  • Follow inventory control and product purchasing procedures
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement
  • Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous Experience: Prior Restaurant and Management Experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
