Riccardo Giraudi (the Beefboy as some might call him) has created Beefbar to break tradition and introduce a modern take on incredibly well-thought out but simple dishes divided into 3 section – sexy street food, great meat cuts and iconic dishes. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can work on a Full-Time basis (40 hours per week) with any overtime paid for.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be supporting our Restaurant General Manager to help the successful opening of our new Beefbar concept and ensure that our team are in a strong position to provide excellent service to our upcoming customers.
Our branded concept is a high-end dinery and we will be providing a luxurious and personalised service to customers, providing tailored recommendations and suggested pairings. As a Restaurant Manager you will be supporting both operationally (development and management of team members) and behind the scene (such as managing finances and stock). You will be someone who is well versed to all aspects of running a high-end branded restaurant and working within brand guideline.
As a Restaurant Manager at the iconic Le Petit Beefbar, you will receive:
- Up to £36,000.00 per annum, plus paid overtime.
- 31 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata)

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working within a high-end (ideally branded) restaurant within a busy City Centre location as either a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Assistant Manager (preferably for a minimum of 1-2 years)
- Strong people management skills specifically in training and developing employees, you will be someone who has supported with recruitment, onboarding and training of new starters
- Hunger for success in the form of a high standard service, you will pay close attention to detail and have experience dealing with service recoveries
- To be a confident leader who enjoys to lead by example! This will be a new team who will need someone to guide and support them throughout the opening process.
- Experience managing a restaurant opening is highly desired
- Above all, you will have a positive attitude and be looking for your next challenge to see where your career can take you!
