Job description
RSK Group are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join the Group IT Department on a full time basis working 40 hours pw. The team are expanding and offer a great opportunity for development and career progression.
The successful candidate will be working on site in our Birmingham office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support (1st and 2nd line)
- Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues promptly.
- Install, upgrade, and update software.
- Collaborate with the IT team and assist with projects.
- Ensure compliance and security of IT infrastructure.
Person Specification:
- Previous proven professional IT experience
- Familiarity with Service Desk ticketing systems
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android operating systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Full UK driving license required for occasional travel.
