We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager at Hand Picked Hotels.

Woodlands Park Hotel is a 4 Star Hotel with 57 bedrooms, a 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant, conference and event function rooms and a bar.


About the role:

As the Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager you will help be responsible for the team overseeing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, bar and room service and dinner - ensuring our guests enjoy every meal will put a smile on your face and motivate you on a daily basis.

Of course, being an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager requires a lot of skill and dedication, so you will have incredible organisational skills and attention to detail, along with stamina and the ability to remain calm under pressure. About you:

  • You’ll have previous experience working in a similar role.
  • You will have experience managing teams and will enjoy motivating others to be their best.
  • You’ll be motivated by delivering outstanding service.

  • You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with colleagues and guests.
  • Most of all, you’ll have a professional, organised and friendly approach.
