Dessert Lady is looking for an Assistant Manager who is accountable for the day to day operations of the Dessert Lady including Front of House Cafe Operations, Staff training, administration and excellent Customer Service Skills.

Job Duties & Qualifications:
*Has exceptional organizational Skills and can maintain the FOH clean and organized
*2 years experience of Cafe Operation Experience
*1 year of Sales Skills
*Smart Serve
*2 years of Serving Experience
*1 year of Barista Experience
*Goal Oriented
* Detail oriented.
- Communicates the Dessert Lady vision to all team members and leads by example with their outgoing personality.
- Reinforce the DL values daily and inspires the team with his/her exciting vision for the future
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike
- Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience
- Demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the venue
- Use conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Assist with the tracking of sales, invoicing, and managing inventory
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
- Additional duties as assigned or required
- Exceptional computer skills (Excel, Microsoft, ect) and experience with e-commerce software is an asset
- Minimum 2 years hospitality industry experience in a leadership role
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management and/or proven personal commitment to professional development an asset
- Proven success with both people development in leadership positions and long-term sales growth
- Proven ability to achieve results through others
- Leadership and communication: has a leadership style that is developmental vs. policing, promotes a culture of dialogue.
- Has great communication skills with staff and customers and speaks fluent English
