We’re looking for a highly motivated Shared Services Analyst to join our Finance Team to help both internal and external customers.

Your role here
From Day 1, your problem-solving and multitasking skills are put into action. You will apply customer payments to accounts and research/solve payment discrepancies, manage billing disputes and document transactions and activity in our system. You will need to quickly identify at-risk accounts and take the necessary actions as authorized by management.
Your experience and background
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Experience working in an ERP system.
- Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Suite products that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
