We're looking for an experienced & dynamic leader to inspire our team in Cow & Cacao, our award-winning new café.
ABOUT COW & CACAO
Cow & Cacao is a foodie haven, with bean-to-bar chocolate & artisan gelato made right in front of guests eyes while they tuck into indulgent waffles & sweet treats. Sourdough pizzas, seasonal small plates, delicious burgers & fish are prepared in surrounding kitchens & delivered market style, as & when they're ready. The team is passionate about delivering service with soul, creating memorable experiences & lasting relationships with our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Motivating the team to deliver exceptional service to every guest.
- Writing rotas & managing staff levels to hit wage targets.
- Ensuring hygiene standards are consistently high & procedures are being followed rigorously.
- Placing routine orders & managing stock levels to minimise waste.
- Engaging in the recruitment & training of new team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hospitality leadership experience is desired.
- The right candidate will be highly organised & technically excellent.
- The right candidate will be emotionally intelligent, optimistic, empathetic & self aware. Strong communication skills are a must.
- The right candidate will have a genuine interest in artisan food & drink.
