Job description
We’re searching for a bright, enthusiastic Team Leader with a strong work ethic to join our team at The Dog House, Frilford. (18+).
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will assist with various tasks, including check-in/check-out procedures, answering phone calls, supporting large groups for wakes, birthday parties, family occasions etc., and general day to day duties such as running a smooth restaurant service, ranging from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role as a Team leader, Supervisor or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food production and catering services is a plus
- Familiarity with bartending and waiting
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends & holidays (individual work patterns can be discussed at interview and your rotas are agreed up to 3 weeks in advance).
