As a Restaurant Deputy Manager you will be responsible for:

• Delivering consistent and memorable service time after time.
• Be accountable for decision making in the restaurant during shift and when the General Manager is absent.
• Creating a fun and motivating team environment, focusing on developing internal talent.
• Ensuring the restaurant is safe and legal.
• Being commercially aware and understanding how decisions impact the wider business.
