We are looking for an experienced restaurant team member who has experience working in a supervisor/team leader role, within a busy fast paced environment.
You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant ensuring it runs smoothly. Directly supervising the restaurant team and ensuring the guest experience is amazing. Effectively managing the floor and ensuring the team are fully trained to deliver an exceptional service. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Day to day
- Supervising, coaching and training
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Ensuring all dietaries knowledge is up to date
- Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products
- Take accurate food and drinks orders
- Serve food and drink orders with confidence
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and be aware of your responsibilities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service to guests

Salary + service charge/ tip (£2 minimum per hour)
