The Position: Restaurant Manager
The Candidate Requirement:
A renowned and beautiful boutique property that’s really heading to the next level requires an exceptional Manager to help further this already impressive list of accolades. We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in 1 and 2 star Michelin and Rosette operations, displaying first-class customer skills, excellent man-management, and responsibility for stock control and gross profit margins.
You should have strong leadership and communication skills and be very food and service-oriented to deliver an exceptional level of customer service This is an extremely hands-on role and demands skill in balancing time and effort, both with clients and staffing.
You must be able to demonstrate Management experience at Michelin Star level to be suitably qualified for this role.

Benefits:
