Job Description
Some key duties will include:
Preparing the bar for the day and night ahead including setting up, prepping, stocking and cleaning.- Meeting and greeting guests. Making recommendations and engaging in conversation.
- Taking food and drink orders and processing them through a till. Cash and card transactions.
- Proving table service.
- Sales driven, keen to up-sell and cross-sell.
- Coaching and supporting new team members.
- Supporting other hotel colleagues and helping out in other areas of the hotel when it's needed.
