Job description
- Regularly distil key resourcing messages/commentary for wider Leadership Team to ensure alignment between Resourcing and Leadership Teams
- Improving the lived experience of the WFA resourcing team interactions with WFA Partners and Senior teams seeking resourcing solutions
- In conjunction with Senior Resourcing Leads, help to prioritise key areas of focus for Resourcing intervention to optimise business performance whilst balancing ongoing team constraints
- Provide additional troubleshooting and escalation support to our (new) Resourcing Team to navigate challenging situations and contentions
- Provide coaching, guidance and support to enable the Senior Resourcing Leads to thrive and be successful in this new team environment

Consolidate existing work and further develop WFA Resourcing Change plan to reset expectations with business and set team up for onward growth/success
- Leverage business relationships to help influence onward change required to build more resilient and standardised resourcing services
- Work in collaboration with WFA Senior Resourcing Managers, HoR and wider CNS Resourcing Team to help drive process improvement and wider engagement of resourcing
- Help to drive increased adoption of central resourcing tools and systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and triage as required in order to establish a consistent and robust approach across each of the 4 WFA competency teams
- Operate as member of CNS & PAS Resourcing Senior Management Team, leveraging peers where necessary and understanding broader challenges/needs across team
- Operate as a member of the WFA leadership team – working closely with the WFA Operations Leader
- Review and formalise the resourcing workflow and processes for GDS/Nearshore staffing in FY24 in conjunction with HoR and WFA Operations Leader
