Job description
Logo Embroidery Scotland is currently recruiting Embroidery Machine Operators. We are looking for hard-working team players to join their embroidery team on a permanent basis (following a successful four-month trial period). Both Full Time (37,5h) and Part Time positions are available. Embroidery experience of a minimum of 12 months is essential.
- Maintenance of equipment, including replacing needles, cleaning, and oiling
- Quality inspection of garments, packing, labelling and bagging items · Selecting thread and position logos to meet specific customer needs
- Folding and packing garments and maintaining and updating both electronic and paper-based systems
- Keeping workspace neat and tidy
- Computer Literate
You may be required to perform duties other than those in the job description. The particular duties and responsibilities attached to the post may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the assignments or the level of responsibility entailed.
Working Week for the Full-Time position
Monday to Friday, 8 am-4 pm.
Working Week for the Part-Time position
Monday to Thursday Flexible hours.
Overtime may be required at busy times

You will have the following skills:
- Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Accurate documentation presentation skills
- Good communication skills with a good telephone manner and good organisational skills with attention to detail and professional approach to work
- Ability to follow guidance and instructions and ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
- Ability to use own initiative and ability to work as part of a team
