Location: Newbury/Home or London/Home(Blended Working)

What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our UK Corporate Functions Resourcing team. You’ll primarily be supporting UK Finance, this includes Commercial Finance, Finance Operations, Audit and Supply Chain. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with wider areas of Corporate Functions such as Legal, Transformation & HR.
In this role you’ll be delivering end to end recruitment for your business area delivering high quality candidates for active vacancies. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to support with the continual development of our talent attraction mission and act as a positive ambassador of the Vodafone employer brand.
Key Accountabilities:
Partner with your business area to understand the requirements of the role, create an effective recruitment strategy and drive diversity across all roles- Use various sourcing methods (including LinkedIn Recruiter) to source candidates and provide market insights to various stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with the business & HRBP’s being a centre of excellence for recruitment/resourcing
- Provide a best in class candidate & stakeholder experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process
- Proactively approach and engage talent in the external market, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, particularly in niche roles
- Work in a high performing, collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on both technical and non-technical roles
- Upskill leaders and managers on recruitment best practice
Who are we looking for?
Experience of managing end to end recruitment cycle activity/delivery- Prior experience of working in resourcing team in either an in-house, agency or RPO environment
- Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit both the business and candidates
- Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment up to senior management level
- Evidence of success in using direct recruitment methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately
- Finance / Corporate Functions recruitment experience is desirable
