This is a remote based role with ad hoc travel to our Launceston office to connect with the team.
Your purpose:
As a Resourcing Partner, you will support the Divisional Resourcing Manager in the delivery of clinical hires against a defined geography, in line with targets and business needs. The Resourcing Partner will ensure that both candidates and hiring managers are aligned on work offered, updated throughout the process, engaged, and processed in accordance with regulations and best practice, whilst delivering a great experience for both the candidate and hiring manager.
Your role
- Support stores/businesses with defined roles within clinical recruitment, with a variety of roles spanning from optometrist, contact lens optician, dispensing optician to audiologists and hearing aid dispensers.
- Develop and deliver robust regional recruitment plans for each division allowing us to have clear forecasting in place to support changing business priorities and divisional nuances.
- Working both operationally and strategically with relevant Partners and regional relationship managers to understand and meet the hiring needs of Specsavers.
- Managing full lifecycle resourcing, from requisition, to search and selection, pre-screening candidates, through to offer management, acceptance and first day check in.
What you’ll bring
- Recent resourcing experience, either within an agency, RPO or in-house resourcing team
- Experience of direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies
- Superior relationship and rapport building skills, with a focus on driving best in class performance ideally within resourcing
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
