We are currently looking for a motivated, passionate and driven individual to join our Resourcing Team to continue our aim to provide a 5* service to both our customers and staff with all resourcing issues.

The resourcing team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust has been through a significant period of change in the past 15 months, with the implementation of all transactional recruitment services moving across to a new centralised service consisting of the following Trusts with effect from 1stDecember 2021;
- North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust
- Royal Free Hospital Foundation NHS Trust
- University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Whittington Health NHS Trust
- Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust
- Barnet, Enfield, & Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust

- Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust
Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to;
- Liaise with managers to advise on appropriate recruitment attraction methods. Plan appropriate course of action for individual campaigns working within agreed critical path dates.
- Undertake all necessary steps of the honorary contract process, including collation of documentation, and the issuing of any and all contractual and service level agreement documentation.
- Input key data on to appropriate recruitments activity reports and schedules and update accordingly.
- Regularly update and liaise with managers on resourcing issues within their services, and potential solutions to these.
- Work collaboratively with the NLPSS Recruitment HUB as required to ensure the smooth undertaking of all recruitment activity.
- Apply knowledge of the organisation, legislation and the recruitment industry to support the Recruitment Managers in determining best resourcing solutions.
- Support the implementation of recruitment campaigns and assist the Head of Workforce Resourcing, Deputy Resourcing Manager, and Lead Nurse - Recruitment & Retention with the preparation and undertaking of all recruitment fairs and open days as confirmed within the Resourcing Events calendar.
