Role : Resourcing Co-ordinator
Function: HR
Location: Dunstable, we have a fantastic hybrid working environment, you’ll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but the rest of your week can be flexible to what works best for you and your role. There will be some national travel - once in a while.

We have a big resourcing team supporting our Hiring Managers to make brilliant recruitment decisions, and as Resourcing Co-ordinator you will be a crucial part of it. As Resourcing Co-ordinator you will work closely with your colleagues across a range of recruitment administration tasks, working efficiently and speedily to make sure we hire the best candidates in the market for our vacancies.
Inside the role:
- You will open and close vacancies in our Recruitment System, making sure our adverts are perfect in order to attract the best talent.
- You will create offer packs and contracts for new starters.
- Manage and respond to a variety of candidate requests & questions via our inbox, social channels and Whitbread Careers.
- For some vacancies, you will provide additional support, screening and contact candidates to arrange interviews. Occasionally, you’ll be asked to support with in-person recruitment days, greeting candidates and making sure things run smoothly.
We’re open to you:
- You’ll want to get things right, with an excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- We recruit a lot of Team Members each year, so you’ll be comfortable motivating yourself to get through sometimes high volumes of repetitive tasks.
- We’re also a hospitality business, so engaging with people is key. You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Along with a confident telephone manner & the ability to communicate with a variety of different people.
