The Person:
Looking for someone who is an experienced Resourcer or Recruiter wanting to do 180 Recruitment to join this really delightful, grown-up boutique Office Support Recruitment Consultancy.
You will need to enjoy working as part of a team yet also very independently.
This is a super role for someone who wants to get back into a Recruitment role and earn an excellent salary and commission.
Wanting to be part of a team who can offer real flexibility with your work.
You are not going to be constrained by processes, procedures and KPI’s.

The Role of a Resourcer:
Assisting sourcing for candidates via Job Boards, LinkedIn, interviewing, scheduling, taking briefs, taking feedback
Working on roles that might need extra assistance with.
Working across Finance, Private Equity, Real Estate, Investment etc.
