Resource Planning Manager

This exciting role in the Operations Planning Directorate is responsible for delivering robust resource plans to the business.

You will be responsible for developing resource, recruitment and training plans. These are continually reviewed to support the robust delivery of the operation. Where challenges arise, you will highlight these, and describe opportunities and risks to mitigate against them.

Whilst this is not an HR role, this is role is a mid-level resource manager that involves a good understanding of the financial plans for the business areas you look after, and you will reconcile variances to forecasted spend.

About the Role

  • Experience of resource planning, delivery and budgeting is desirable
  • You will create and update the resource plans for the areas of the business you are responsible (this may relate to an area of Heathrow groundstaff, cabin crew or flight crew)
  • You will work closely with stakeholders related to the business area you create the resource plan for
  • Your plan will feed into the overall resource plan across all areas of Operations Planning
