What you’ll be doing?
As Resort Porter, you will work as part of a team, consistently delivering Eden Hotel Collection’s standards in the guest experience.
On a daily basis, you will be greeting guests at the front door, whilst also ushering them around the Hotel facilities and to bedrooms. You will be delivering guests luggage to bedrooms in a professional and efficient manner, whilst also leading groups for onsite activities.
You will create an outstanding first impression by being the face of the Hotel and giving great customer service.
What you’ll need?
The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first-class experiences to guests and hotel residents.
You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with guests and members of the hotel team. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction.
Due to the driving requirements of the role, it is essential you have a full driving licence.
