ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you want a job that offers a little bit of everything? Within this exciting new role, you can gain experiences and develop skills in several departments across the Alton Towers Resort, within one job.

Do you want a job that can add immediate value and effect long term change within the organisation?

Our brand-new Resort Host - Hotel (Resort Champions) will become multiskilled members of the Alton Towers Resort Team, who have the ability to adapt and support many teams around our resort Hotels.

You could start your day working within our housekeeping preparing for our guest’s magical stays and finish your day welcoming guests into our hotels in the guest service team after they have had a fantastical day on the Theme Park.
