We’re very proud to be a five red star resort, but it’s our personality that our guests really love and that’s what we want you to bring to The Torridon. Our food and beverage team are a key part of every visit to the resort, from the wow factor of walking into our restaurant to gaining an education in our whisky bar. In this role you’ll be making sure that every guest has a great stay at The Torridon.

• What you’ll bring to The Torridon
  • Delight our residents with Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Coffee and Dinner.
  • Preparation – get our restaurants ready for the perfect service
  • Deliver food and drink
  • Clear and re-lay tables
  • Assist with the preparation of drinks
  • Clear and clean glasses
  • Restock and replenish bar & restaurant supplies
  • Ensure five-star standard of cleanliness and hygiene are always met
  • Knowledge of the wine list.
  • Assist with the recycling for the department, plastic, glass, paper and metal.
