Ochil Tower School, in Auchterarder, is a vibrant community, made up of residents, day pupils, support workers, staff and and international volunteers who provide care and education to children and young adults (ages 8 to 21) with social, emotional or behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.
Working at Ochil Tower School is deeply rewarding, satisfying and challenging. Due to a transition to a 52 week service, we currently have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic people to join us in our residential houses on full, part time and sessional contracts.
Requirements of the individual:
- Have a caring attitude and genuine interest in the rights and welfare of young people
- To be able to work as part of a team and work on your own initiative
- Good communication skills
- A relevant qualification, or the willingness to achieve one
- A satisfactory PVG/Criminal Record Check
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council

- Full time salary: £26,971.43 - £30,044.01 (dependent on qualifications and experience), inclusive of 33 sleepovers per year
- Sessional workers £ 11.85 per hour on day shift, £13.40 on night shift
