We are seeking a Night Support Workers to join our friendly team at Pinecroft, based in Alveston, Thornbury, near Bristol.
Pinecroft is our specialised residential home where we support 4 autistic adults to develop skills to promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in the local community and greater independence. We are looking for staff with a “can do” approach who can offer active support to facilitate and enable the people we support to progress and move on.
Your working pattern will be varied over a seven day rota and could include bank holidays and sleep-ins. This role will be for 1, 2 or 3 nights (candidates discretion 9.25hrs shifts)
The role includes:
- Supporting adults to achieve their goals
- To guide, prompt, support individuals to undertake activities and learn new skills
- Be fully available throughout the night to attend to the individual needs of person(s) we support enabling them to have a restful night
- To be part of a team around key individuals
A full UK driving licence and access to transport would be preferred.
