Qualified Social Worker with Level 5 Management (or working towards it)

** We can also arrange for (TIER 2) work sponsorship**

A dedicated Children’s or Young Adult Social Worker to Manage a Single Solo Residential Provision

your key responsibilities include:

• Design and Implement a bespoke care package for a solo provision placement
• Support the team in meeting the service’s goals
• To deliver clinical/social interventions
• Manage a team of 12 inline with OFSTED requirments (training will be provided)
• Help with development of further interventions with OT input
• Complete EHCP needs assessments
• Must be willing to undertake OFSTED Registered Managers position (full support and training will be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £15.50-£18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• working with children: 2 years (required)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• Social Work England (preferred)
• Social Worker Degree (required)
