Job description
Qualified Social Worker with Level 5 Management (or working towards it)
** We can also arrange for (TIER 2) work sponsorship**
A dedicated Children’s or Young Adult Social Worker to Manage a Single Solo Residential Provision
your key responsibilities include:
- Design and Implement a bespoke care package for a solo provision placement
- Support the team in meeting the service’s goals
- To deliver clinical/social interventions
- Manage a team of 12 inline with OFSTED requirments (training will be provided)
- Help with development of further interventions with OT input
- Complete EHCP needs assessments
- Must be willing to undertake OFSTED Registered Managers position (full support and training will be provided)

Experience:
- working with children: 2 years (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- Social Work England (preferred)
- Social Worker Degree (required)
