Job description

Repton Prep School are actively recruiting for a Residential Healthcare and Boarding Assistant to join our Health and Wellbeing team on a permanent basis.

As a Healthcare and Boarding Assistant, you will work alongside our Medical and Boarding Teams in the service and delivery of high-quality care to the school population. The ideal candidate will be a proactive healthcare professional and be capable of maintaining and further enhancing Repton School’s reputation for providing outstanding care of young people.

This applies where the child is in full-time education and the person works in the same establishment as the child, even if s/he does not teach the child. Moreover, whatever the age of the pupil, a sexual relationship between an employee and a pupil will be considered an abuse of a position of trust and gross misconduct, likely to result in dismissal
