The Role – Residential Cleaner - 8am to 4pm, Mon to Fri

Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic individuals to carry out work with our various clients. Working within the facilities management sector, this company oversee the day to day running of housing developments across the country.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of communal areas (stairs & Landings, toilets & bathrooms, Kitchens, Lounges, offices)
  • Cleaning ovens and fridges
  • Deep cleaning communal kitchens
  • Thoroughly cleaning high touch points and wiping down surfaces
  • To ensure all cleaning materials are used correctly and safely stored after use
  • To ensure all waste is correctly disposed of and bins are cleaned after use
  • Where appropriate ensure appropriate signage is used when undertaking cleaning tasks
  • Maintain an orderly and secure storage of cleaning equipment and materials, refilling and replacing consumables as required

Skills Required

  • Commitment to Customer Service
  • Ability to work to laid down schedules.
  • Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Ability to keep notes/records of work performed.
  • Experience of work to tight schedules.
