Our client is seeking experienced people from the children's care sector, or graduates with a relevant degree (Psychology, Social Care, Working with Children & Young People (Social Pedagogy/ Society) or similarly relevant qualification.) but also welcomes those without experience, who are keen to learn from the ground up.
Founded by mental health professionals with decades of effective experience, our client provides residential therapeutic services to teenagers and young adults with a variety of social, psychological, behavioural and mental health challenges.
SEN education is also offered and work with an established clinical support team. Therapy is intrinsic to the support offered, and our clients supports a number of conditions including ADHD, ASD, HSB, Self-harm, EUPD and PTSD. Young people in our client's care have had traumatic backgrounds, and they work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes, to live happy and fulfilled lives.

What is on offer for the right candidate?
- £21,456 - £21, 982 (entry level, house specific)
- £22,254 - £22,779 (post probation 6 months, house specific)
- £26,000 for qualified Residential Care Workers with L3 Diploma in Children & Young People workforce (Social Care), or extensive experience in social /clinical care and relevant alternative qualifications.
- £25,000 - £26,000 Waking Nights (4 on 4 off, 35 hours pw)
- £29,418 - £30,214 Senior TCWs (L3 C&YP essential, minimum 1 year previous experience in a Senior Support role)
