Due to continued growth and success, Lily Residential Services is now looking for Residential Childcare Workers to join our dedicated and professional teams within our 'Good' Rated Registered Children's Homes.

Lily Residential Services has provided physically and emotionally safe environments and empathic, empowering care for vulnerable children and young people in Dorset for over 21 years, consistently demonstrating positive outcomes which are keys to enhancing their fulfilled adult lives.

As a residential childcare worker, you will nurture and support the children and young people in your care, supporting them with all aspects of day-to-day tasks and activities. No two days are the same working in Residential Care for Children. We offer a comprehensive induction and training program & Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare training available for all.

About you:

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience of working within a children’s home setting, and holds, or is working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. However, if you don’t have the experience or qualifications yet, but are interested in a profession in childcare and want to enhance the lives of children, we would love to hear from you. We will fund your level 3 qualification and provide the support you need to successfully achieve it.
