ABOUT US
We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already! We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts. Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we’d want to experience ourselves!! We encourage people we support at the service to go out to community, cinema, theatre or wherever they wish to be. The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skill, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our homes.
Day service opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday, however due to the nature of the service we are unable to offer full time hours . Part time positions are available where you will be required to work every other weekend.
THE ROLE
We are looking for part time Support staff on permanent basis with a passion for delivering excellent care to develop, plan, implement activities for our clients. As a Support worker you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our clients. You will help to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.
An extremely rewarding role, part of your time will be spent getting to know our clients before you create tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence, and social engagement as well as monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities.
This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adults, professionals, their families and help each of them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.
