Do you enjoy working with children in a parenting capacity?. This role maybe for you.
We are recruiting for Child Care Workers, whom can work in the capacity of a professional parent.
You will be part of a small team, supporting and parenting up to two Children in a beautiful home with an experienced and dedicated management team.
Our Children who have experienced significant trauma and attachment in their lives and require therapeutic parenting.
Our adults supporting the children will be using our PACE and therapeutic model of parenting, including a DDP approach, full training is given and continued.
No previous experience required, just eager to learn.
Responsibilities
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Acting in a parent role, meeting the needs of the Children / Young People in line with our Pace model of care.
* Ensuring our home environment is kept to a high standard and nurturing for our Children to develop and heal.
Full and Part time positions available, however you will need to be able to commit to sleep ins, shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.
**Salary stated includes a minimum of two sleeping per week and full time hours
MUST BE OVER 21 & HOLD A VALID FULL DRIVING LICENCE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,700.00-£29,700.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- FROME: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- full Driving Licence (required)
