Job description
I'm currently recruiting 3xRCW for a settled solo children's home in Horwich, Bolton.
Applicants needs to be ready for a challenge, to support young people in order for them to see a positive future for themselves.
The shift pattern is starting at 10AM-11PM then you sleep at work and commence your morning at 07AM and finish at 10AM in the morning. You then have that day off and the following day off before returning to work at 10AM 2 days later.
Working 1 day in two days off this will repeat over weekdays and weekends. Staff will be expected to work weekends when following the rota pattern.
Every day can be a little different supporting our young people with activities, education and family contacts and much more.
-Sense of humour and ability to laugh at yourself is a must, the young people we support need this.
-Good progression within the company.
-Experience is not necessary just a will to learn and to challenge yourself in a new role, helping to fulfil the young people potential that we support.
-Driver Licence preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.51-£11.21 per hour
