SFR Medical: Reserve Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – looking for a full-time employee to work from home
Who we are
SFR Medical provides written medical reports for UK police forces to use in the investigation and conviction of violent crimes. We have been in existence for over five years – our proprietary solution has reduced waiting times for the production of medical reports from several months to five days (and at times to less than one hour). This greatly helps police officers, NHS staff, the criminal justice system, but most importantly, victims.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who has the desire to be a part of a fast-growing social and entrepreneurial company. The Reserve CRM role is an integral position in our business. Key attributes of individuals who excel in this role is conscientiousness and reliability, as well as the ability to communicate professionally to police officers and work well with colleagues to support each other in a team environment. All communication should be grammatically correct, timely and honest. You must also have a positive can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new processes.
Attending training (which we provide) is mandatory.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Covering colleagues' accounts whilst they are on leave (sick, annual or other). This involves the monitoring and actioning of all requests using our proprietary software platform within 24 hours of them being received (during working hours).
- Manning the urgent hotline during 09:00 to 17:00; receiving and relaying information between police officers and the SFR Medical team regarding urgent requests for medical evidence.
- Scanning paper medical records and relaying the digital versions to the relevant member of the Operations team.
- Attending virtual meetings with other members of the Operations team.
Other things to note:
You will be handling extremely sensitive information, so you will need to adhere to specific security and safety protocols, as well ensure that your actions are compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018.
This a working-from-home role for which SFR Medical will supply a company laptop. The ideal candidate needs to be able to studiously work from home. In order to help our clients and the victims they represent, the ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated to strive for targets, willing to help others within the team when needed and keen to suggest improvements to any processes as they become apparent.
We are looking to hire one applicant. Details of training are below;
- The successful applicant will start their two-week training for this role on Monday 2nd October 2023 (around 2 hours of training/reading training materials is required each day in the training weeks), and start in the role on Monday 16th October 2023. The successful applicant will be required to returned a signed contract and complete vetting application before the end of September 2023.
Gross monthly payment for the role is £2200. This permanent position has an initial six-month probationary period.

COVID-19 considerations:
As SFR Medical's processes were remote prior to Covid-19, we have been in a very fortunate position of not having had to change any protocol or procedure in how we operate to comply with Covid-19 precautions. The CRM role remains a remote-working role.
