Job description
- End to end sales cycle from generating leads & prospects to finalize new deals
- Developing prospect list to develop new business
- Prospecting needs from customers to better understand their business needs
- Cold calling initiatives to develop relationships with your prospects
- Assure accurate note entry from business development calls with prospects
- Conduct virtual product presentations to prospect customers
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition to build a strong foundation with our company.
- Strategize with marketing and sales team on campaigns
- Able to meet monthly KPI’s to assure profitability and revenue growth within your book of business.
- Passion for the outdoors industry
- Creative energy with a focused drive to meet goals.
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently
- High performer under the pressure of tight deadlines

- Base Salary plus uncapped commission
