The Soft Drink Company is a friendly family business that has continuously expanded over the last two years and we are currently in another exciting time of new growth.
We are looking to bring some talented people into the business and are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be working with one of the most innovative and unrivalled providers of Soft Drinks, Confectionery, Crisps and Snacks, working with key products by Coca Cola, Lucozade, Cadburys and Mars.
You will be working with a motivated, talented team of individuals and must provide excellent customer service skills, be competent in developing new business as well as being strong in retaining existing business. Experience in using computer software, including Microsoft Office packages is essential as a part of this role will be creating invoices and VAT sheets so a great mind for organisation and an eye for detail is a must.
You will also be contacting our current business customers to discuss their needs and orders. This will involve regular calls, order sales inputting, data inputting, new business development , customer retention, credit control and following up calls from customers, drivers, suppliers. There will be an element of inbound and outbound sales calls involved in this role and we encourage you to really build that relationship with our customers and keep up with the latest products and promotional activity. There are no timed calls, no crazy targets, we know their name and we know their business, they are expecting our call and we don’t let them down. Its is still very busy and we are multi-tasking but we work hard to really deliver that gold standard customer service.
You will be tasked with encouraging and maintaining sales from customers, mainly by telephone or email, working together as part of a small team in the hub, your role is pivotal in the daily transactions of the business. Being computer savvy with previous experience in a sales and customer service environment will be a distinct advantage but we welcome applications from people who put the customer first and work hard to get the job done.
The office dress code is Smart casual.

- Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
- 30 minutes for lunch
