A prestigious London University is looking for a Group Accommodation Manager responsible for the provision of successful sales of the undergraduate student accommodation during the summer vacation period and customer service to both internal and external customers.
The right candidate will be responsible for meeting annual sales targets by responding to enquiries, writing proposals, meeting clients on and off site, converting bookings and coordinating all aspects of group accommodation bookings.
Some other tasks include:
Prepare and send out contracts, quotations and Terms and Conditions
Coordinate group requirements with Residences, Events and Catering Operations teams in clear and timely manner according to each booking contract
Obtain post-departure client feedback, ensuring that it is recorded and effectively communicated to all relevant parties (including Marketing and Operations teams) for analysis
Build strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and strive to meet or exceed their expectations at all times
Greet groups on arrival
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
