The Role

As ‘Reservations Manager’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!
Due to the size & complexity of the business, having previous experience of Hotel Reservations is a must!
You’ll be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support your team in order to exceed your commercial goals. You’ll have high standards when it comes to guest experience, understand brand standards and you’ll take ownership and pride in your work.

Sound commercial judgment
Yield management
Managing group business
Develop lasting relationships with clients and generating repeat business
Administration
Working closely with all hotel departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
