What you’ll be doing!
Reporting into the Revenue Manager you will complete the task of accurate and efficient administration of reservation bookings. Supporting the client with expert knowledge to maximize sales and obtain repeat business. Committed to the business and achieving hotel revenue targets, you will need to display exceptional customer service, a hands-on flexible approach to working with other departments and a determination to go the extra mile to secure the sale.

Job Profile
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professional handling of both bedroom reservations enquiries from all channels.
- Listening and assisting the client with both hotel and local knowledge to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Accurate and efficient implementation of correct procedures and hotel communication; supporting operational departments and ensuring the best guest experience.
- Accurate profit and revenue capture, through correct pricing, posting and invoicing.
- Quick reaction to trends and changes in the market place/ competitor activity
- Build client relationships, with trust and sincerity.
- Promote new campaigns and IHG initiatives
- Contribute to marketing collateral and social media
- Complete RFP’s and proposals in allocated time frame
- Research Identify and follow through on sales leads.
- Participate in promotional events
- Efficient system and diary management to maximise sales opportunities
