Princess Cruises is back sailing the world and with 15 ships sailing to over 360 destinations worldwide, this means that our business is expanding! We are recruiting for a Reservations Coordinators, based in the UK to join our Contact Centre Team on a permanent & Fixed Term Contract basis.
In our hybrid working environment, you can expect to balance your time working both remotely and within Carnival House, our Southampton based office.
The Role
As a Reservations Coordinator your role is to provide exceptional customer service, enhancing guest experience, and delivering against sales & telephony targets.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service when answering inbound calls from both Guests & Travel Agent Partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with Guests, Travel Agent Partners, and other departments within the business, leaving a lasting impression.
- Demonstrate strong sales ability & efficiency, achieving sales & telephony targets.
- Service Travels Agent and Guests queries via webchat.
- Handle precise & special requests, demonstrating expert product knowledge.
About You

To be considered as a Reservations Coordinator you will also need:
- Previous experience working within both a customer Service & a sales background.
- GCSE/O level English language and Mathematics or equivalent
