We are looking for a highly motivated Reservations Executive Agent to join our luxury rooftop bar team located on top of Hotel Saint in the heart of the City. As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in reservations and customer service, along with a passion for the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be part of an amazing team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is unforgettable. As a Reservations Executive Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer queries and complaints, providing product and service information, and maintaining our customer database to deliver a seamless customer experience.
