Position: Reservations agent
Salary: £17,000 to £26,000
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid role - Ath hotel and home working)
Hours:8.30 am to 5 pm Mon to Fri. (there will be a weekend shift every so often)
We are Bristol’s leading serviced apartment & aparthotel company and we’re currently expanding our portfolio into London and Milton Keynes (and beyond). We are taking over the UK, region by region with our design-led, tech-driven apartments.
In line with our ambitious growth plans, we are on the prowl for a smart and attentive Reservations & Office Administrator to join our growing team at Your Apartment.
You will always be on your ‘A-game’ when it comes to boosting our modern travellers experience. From booking to post-stay, your job will be ensuring all of their needs and requirements are met giving them absolutely no choice but to shout from the top of The Shard how epic their time was at Your Apartment.
This varied but methodical role includes:
- Management of all in-bound front of house communication through various channels (incl. email and telephone) with both corporate and leisure guests ensuring smooth check-in and check-out
- Assisting in house guests with queries during their stay.
- Taking out of hour calls from existing guests who may have queries relating to their apartment(s)
- Housekeeping rota management
- Reporting maintenance issues, scheduling engineers to attend and following up to ensure completion
- General administration office duties
- Take payments online & via telephone
- Management of new and existing complaints
- Targets to be hit (e.g. get individual review scores up)
- Experience using Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor & Airbnb would be a plus
