Role Key Duties Include:
Utilize 7 Rooms (hospitality platform) for seamless online customer bookings, while also handling telephone and email inquiries to maximize customer experience and revenue potential.
Elevate service for VIP & Concierge booking clients, collaborating with top Hotels and Luxury Lifestyle Service providers, offering a special and unique experience.
Make every call count by driving sales through exceptional service.
Book and manage reservation requests using an advanced reservation system.
Respond promptly to telephone and email requests, assisting guests with warmth and information.
Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
Operational/Technical Skills:
Masterful Office skills to excel in your role.
Excellent command of the English language and impeccable writing skills.
Familiarity with reservation systems like Opentable, The Fork/Bookatable, and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
Sales and Service Skills:
