A day in the life of…
As Reservations Agent you will be responsible for supporting the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will help with the day-to-day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
Based in the AC Hotel by Marriott, Belfast you will be part of a team of passionate people who drive a high standard to deliver and exceed guest expectations daily. We have 188 bedrooms, conference facilities, 24 hour gym and a full service restaurant- Novellis at City Quays. Our location provides an ideal base for visiting Belfast with the City Centre and many location attractions within walking distance.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will communicate well and be effective with time management. Experience within a reservations or front office department is desirable.
